Clean and Reinstall Lint Filter

What happens here

Locate the small access panel on the lower right front of the Samsung washing machine, which covers the lint filter. Open this panel. Carefully turn the black cap of the filter counter-clockwise to remove it. Be prepared for some water to drain out, so have a brown striped towel placed underneath. Once removed, observe the filter, which is heavily caked with thick, brown, gooey gunk and entangled hair. Clean the filter by rinsing it under running water and scrubbing off all debris. Once clean, reinsert the filter by turning it clockwise until securely tightened, and close the access panel.

Goal: Remove and clean the washing machine's lint filter to prevent clogs and odors.
