What happens here

Inside the Southland Trailers factory, TJ D., the Head Coach, explains their unique management and operational philosophy. He details the 'Two Pizza Rule,' which limits teams to 6-8 people per coach for effective management, promoting efficiency and focused supervision, especially with younger workers. He also introduces the 'Three P Principle': People, Process, Product, emphasizing that prioritizing 'People' first leads to refined processes and, ultimately, superior products. He highlights their commitment to empowering employees to continuously improve their individual workstations and the overall manufacturing process.

Goal: Understand the company's organizational structure and continuous improvement culture.
