OUR TOP 3 EXPENSES GETTING STARTED FARMING Tour of farm equipment and a look at our chicken coop!

What happens here

Continuing the tour, Josh drives past a collection of older, more rustic farm equipment and structures. He points out a disc harrow, old metal pieces identified as covers from a tobacco barn's fire pit (used for drying tobacco), and a preserved old tobacco barn (a log cabin structure he plans to convert into a cabin). Other implements include a Ford 3-bottom plow, a manure spreader (which he plans to get rid of due to infrequent use), a landscape rake, a bale spear, and an old junk trailer used for hauling rocks and debris around the farm.

Goal: Illustrate a variety of older and repurposed farm equipment and structures.
