Operating a Graco 695 Airless Sprayer. Paint Sprayer Instructions. How to use an airless sprayer.

What happens here

The video begins with the operator explaining the importance of lubricating the airless sprayer's packings. He demonstrates applying Graco Pump Armor (referred to as packing saver) to the pump's piston. First, release the protective cover over the piston. Then, place the tip of the packing saver bottle against the piston and allow the liquid to run down. Continue adding the packing saver until the reservoir is full and spills over. This crucial step prevents premature wear of the piston and packings, extending the life of the sprayer.

Goal: Lubricate the pump's piston and packings to prevent premature wear.

sa and I've got the the uh protecting cover on it released right here there's uh screws that actually hold it on and I actually never actually keep it on it hangs right here always and you're going to just want to take your packing saber and you just start you put it up against the piston on the pump right here and you just start letting it run down the piston and you'll eventually see when it fills up over the top and I'm going to keep running my packing saver down in there and it's very important this is what keeps the piston and the packings lubricated so they don't wear out prematurely so I'm going to keep releasing some packing saber in there and once it begins to spill over barely I keep running it in in there it's probably about full now so now I'm done putting in the packing Loop
