Not too shabby for a couple days of work!!

What happens here

With the joist structure complete, the decking boards are installed. Workers begin laying out and fastening the selected decking material (likely pressure-treated lumber, but could be composite or cedar). They start from one end, ensuring each board is straight, evenly spaced, and securely fastened to every joist with deck screws. The video shows workers using impact drivers to quickly install the screws. Attention is paid to staggering board seams for better aesthetics and structural integrity, and to maintaining consistent spacing between boards for drainage and expansion/contraction.

Goal: Create the walking surface of the deck
