Repair Damaged Water Line

What happens here

After the damaged section of the water pipe was fully exposed, a plumber was brought in to perform the repair. The plumber carefully cut out the compromised part of the line. A 'Mac fitting' (likely a compression or transition coupling suitable for pressure applications) was then installed to create a secure and watertight connection, effectively repairing the broken service line.
