Plasma Cutting & Stick Welding Demonstration

Not sure how I broke it! Time to weld Aluminum!
What happens here
To create a support for the log trailer, set up the ESAB Cutmaster 50+ plasma cutter connected to a Ruffian generator and a DeWalt pancake air compressor. Mark the cutting line on a steel strap, ensuring the material is grounded. Wear appropriate eye protection and welding gloves. Position the plasma torch about 1/4 inch above the material and initiate the cut. The plasma cutter will vaporize the metal, creating a clean cut. After cutting, prepare the steel for stick welding by cleaning any rust or debris with the Milwaukee cordless angle grinder and a flap disc. Then, using the Ruffian generator and a stick welding setup (using 7018 rods), weld the prepared steel strap to the log trailer frame. Maintain a short arc length and a steady drag motion, watching for the slag to roll up behind the weld puddle.
Goal: Cut steel strap and perform stick welding for log trailer fabrication.
