What happens here
Finished steel frames and components are transported to a dedicated paint booth via a forklift. Inside the booth, Mike, a multi-skilled worker, applies a primer coat using a spray gun. The primer ensures paint adhesion and corrosion resistance. The painted components then move along an overhead conveyor system into a drying area, where they pass through various stages of drying, including a final oven bake, before being moved to the final assembly and shipping areas.
Goal: Apply protective coatings to finished metal frames.
