Prevent Paint Peeling and Bleed During Tape Removal

always accustomed doing two coats if you on your first coat if you run your paint onto your tape from your wall to your tape and you cover that whole area up what's going to happen that's going to dry you're going to put on your second coat and then you're going to pull your masking and that first coat of paint has dried from your tape to your wall it's going to when you pull your tape off it's going to peel off the the paint in certain areas like shark's teeth and it's going to leave these jagged edges all over the place and that's very frustrating and it's got to be touched up and so it's one of the reasons why i you know teach and coach that we always pull our masking before our paint is dried and if we're caulking our masking before our caulking dries because it applies to caulking too so we don't have to worry about our paint drying onto our tape on our first coat
