Apply Polymeric Sand

What happens here

The final step in the paver installation is to apply polymeric sand. This specialized sand is spread evenly over the compacted paver surface and swept into all joints using a broom. Any excess sand is removed. Following manufacturer instructions, the entire area is lightly misted with water to activate the polymers in the sand. Once activated and dry, the polymeric sand hardens, locking the pavers in place, preventing weed growth, deterring insects, and enhancing the overall durability of the patio.
