Scrape Flat and Vacuum Excess Flakes

What happens here

After the epoxy base coat with flakes has fully cured (typically 12-24 hours depending on the product and temperature), use a floor scraper or a stiff broom to scrape the entire floor. This action removes any excess or vertically standing flakes, flattening the surface and ensuring it is smooth for the application of the clear top coat. Following the scraping, thoroughly vacuum the entire floor to remove all loose flakes and debris.
