Broadcast Decorative Flakes

What happens here

While the epoxy base coat is still wet, decorative flakes are broadcast across the entire surface. The video shows 'Torginol hybrid broadcast' flakes being poured from a bucket and tossed by hand. The goal is to achieve full and even coverage, often referred to as 'broadcasting to refusal,' meaning applying enough flakes until the epoxy can no longer absorb more.
