Spray-On Drop Cloth?! Protect Floors, Then Peel It Off – No Mess!

We keep throwing plastic away. We're putting plastic on floors, rolling it out. Um, we're just putting more stuff in the dump in the environment. And as painters, we're using plastic to mask windows. We're using plastic to mask carpet and flooring and stuff like that. But you guys got a pretty unusual product that's going to solve some of that. And it's Glastmer. And this is really crazy cuz you actually spray this product on the floor. And when you're done, you like can it's like it's like a drop cloth that you spray on wet, it dries, you can walk on it, put ladders on it, and you peel it up. So, what is this product? Can you tell me about it? Chris, uh, what we did at Glass? Glass is the owner of paint and the universal protective coating. We created um a material that is called Glassr and Glassr is a biodegradable and compostable resin. And what we created was the perfect masking for construction or during construction projects. So what uh the GC's and subcontractors are finding with this product, it's consistency and protection at a construction site. It's um a product that it's you're able to mask anything except textiles. So you're able to put it on concrete, on pavement, on kitchen cabinets, on appliances, almost everything. And it comes in clear, white, and gray. Um, we recommend great for floors, wide for outdoors, and uh, a clear for finishing like for example appliances, right? So, if you're going to walk with the owner of the project, you're able to show the finishes, but they're protected, right? And when you finish, peel it off. So, we have some samples right here. Is this a sample right here? Right. So, this is a product and this is what What is this? This looks like a piece of mamelamine or something. Exactly. like it was a cabinet, right? Like a kitchen cabinet is made of this material, you're able to spray it on and peel it and just peel it on. So if the new construction, like if you don't want your cabinets get damaged, they're already installed, but there's still people working on the job site, you can just spray this on the cabinets and it'll Exactly. And if it's um spray over sprays to other surfaces, you just clean it with your hand. It's easy. Um, this product replaces the blue plastic they put on windows during construction, for example. So, you know, the idea of this is not to use plastics, right? This is the perfect replacement for all single-use plastics at a construction site. So, can I like um at a construction site, they just installed a brand new tile. I can spray this on the tile. You can spray it. It won't damage uh the grout. Exactly. It's not going to get into the grout and stick to the grout. It's It's going to peel off and clean the grout. It's going to clean the grout. So, when you peel it off, it's not only protecting, but you're cleaning at the same time. So, you're saving time. So, if people are walking through um like with shoes that have rocks on the stuck in the the sole of the shoe, it's not going to scratch the Well, the idea of this um is not for impact. Not for impact. It's more protection. For example, if uh you're doing welding, right, and it starts like dropping or or the sparks of the welding, it will protect against that against any chemical attack like acids or any solvent they use during construction. Uh but for impact, it's not as as good for example, but nothing protects against impact at the end. If you don't have like a rock on top of it, it's not going to protect against its impact. But this product will resist a lot of the walking. It's called folding with wheels. Uh like a ladder. Yeah. So ladder's not going to scuff it, mark it up. So what if uh we had a brand new hardwood floor, a painter comes in, he's using an oilbased paint, he spills some oilbased paint or some paint thinner on it. What's going to happen? Nothing happens. This was a product that was designed for construction. So it will protect against anything that goes around construction. Right. So we have like an example. Is that tile right there? This is tile. Yeah. So it they have pe it off the entire market. People are pulling this off. But you can see for example what we tal about and you can see the it fills the the the middle ends. Right. So the tylers can tile they can spray this on. It's going to protect the tile during the job site. It just peels right off. And it's super thick. So, it seems like it's got a lot of padding, a lot of protection. Exactly. It It will protect against some impex, right? It has padding on on it. Um, it comes in pales. It's waterproof. It comes in pales, right? A pale will give you around uh 600 square ft outdoors. It will last up to a year under rain, sun, whatever. Snow, you can use it inside and outside. Exactly. And uh for indoors, it's going to give you around 1,200 square f feet, right? So if I had like a brand new concrete floor that had like um it was dyed and decorative and I want to protect that like it a walkway or around a pattern, you can spray it on there. This you're able to spray on any surface except textiles. So and when we're talking textiles, does that mean carpet? Carpets. Yeah. So like like a carpet. And one of this won't work on carpets. Unfortunately, but we're still thinking on how to make it happen. Yeah. Make that happen without even So, when you say pale, like here in the United States, I think we're familiar with a 5gallon bucket, a gallon um can and quartz. So, let's say um a pale is a 5 gallon bucket. Five gallon bucket. Exactly. So, how much does a 5 gallon bucket cost? Retails around uh 220. 220. And so, does it only come in five gallon buckets or Right now? right now um the un protective coating it's for more commercial use so it's more contractor more contractor product uh but we're planning on bringing it to the diyers with a gallon and court I I think this is crazy this is incredible so where can somebody get it you can get it um glass.co co we're launching the product uh through our e-commerce. Uh it's going to be available in the US from June on for this summer. All the products of the company are launching in June in the United States.
