Loading Mine Trucks with Volvos BIGGEST Excavator- What NO ONE Ever sees

What happens here

The site's owner, Keaton Turner, explains the company's unique business model. Unlike traditional mining companies, Turner Mining doesn't own the mines but rather bids on contracts to perform services like stripping, contract mining, and crushing for big mining corporations. These bids are based on cubic yards or tonnage, requiring precise calculations and data due to significant bid bonds. Keaton emphasizes the importance of good people, who are smart and willing to learn, as the foundation of their success. They actively avoid hiring individuals who lack humility or a willingness to learn new methods, as they believe such attitudes hinder progress.

Goal: Explain the contract mining business model and the company's core values in personnel management.
