What happens here
With the trenches and holes prepared, the next step is to install the 14-foot 6x6 green-treated timber posts. Due to their size and weight, the Kubota mini excavator is used to carefully lift and lower each post into its designated spot. Workers then manually guide and adjust the posts to ensure they are perfectly plumb (vertical) and aligned along the fence line, using a level for accuracy. Once a post is correctly positioned, bags of quick-setting concrete mix (like Quikrete) are poured directly into the hole around the base. Water is then added to activate the concrete, which is subsequently tamped down to remove any air pockets and create a solid, immovable anchor for the post. This process is repeated for all posts, establishing the main structure of the fence.
Goal: Securely position and anchor all fence posts in concrete.
