Install Edge Restraints

What happens here

After the bricks are laid, install a permanent edge restraint system around the perimeter of the patio. These restraints, often made of plastic or metal, are secured to the ground with landscape spikes. They prevent the bricks from shifting laterally over time and help maintain the integrity of the patio's shape. The video shows the patio with edge restraints already in place, demonstrating their role in defining the border.
