What happens here

Place the appropriate size GripEdge G-FORS socket extractor over the rounded-out bolt. Using a hammer or soft-faced mallet, firmly drive the socket extractor onto the bolt head. The extractor's internal splines will cut into the bolt, creating a secure, full-depth engagement. Once engaged, attach a ratchet to the extractor. The bi-directional design allows you to both loosen and tighten the bolt. This is particularly useful for breaking free seized or rusted bolts by oscillating them back and forth. Proceed to loosen the bolt until it is free.

Goal: Securely engage the rounded bolt and loosen it from its position.
