Prepare Log Splitter for Operation

What happens here

Before operating the log splitter, ensure it is set up safely and correctly. Place the machine on level ground to maintain stability during operation. Check that the trailer coupler is securely locked into place to prevent unexpected movement. Perform essential engine maintenance checks: verify the oil level using the dipstick and ensure there is sufficient gasoline in the tank. To start the Kohler engine, engage the choke and pull the starter cord a couple of times. Once running, the engine should idle smoothly.
