What happens here
After the initial pass on the first filter, the operator lifts the 'Filter Blaster' tool out of it. The surrounding surface and the other dirty cylindrical air filters nearby are now covered in a layer of dust, which was expelled from the first filter. The operator then repositions the tool to begin cleaning a second dirty filter.
Goal: Transition the cleaning process to another filter.
