The presenter shares personal anecdotes about his experiences as a landlord, highlighting challenging situations with tenants. He recounts an incident where previous tenants were stealing appliances from his property and how he responded by physically delivering their garbage to their new home. These stories provide a personal, non-instructional break in the video, explaining the 'why' behind his hands-on approach to property improvements.

okay. I want a foot of opening on each end. It's already cut. Stan, now put a little on this side. Before you put it on this side Blow it up. When I was 20 , I bought my first house. When I turned 21 , on my birthday, a year from now, I sold it for twice the money. Double, double, double, double the money. Then I realized we could make a lot of money in real estate. So, what am I doing driving heavy machinery , right? I worked both jobs for a long time. My houses. I'd fix them and then I'd sell them. I'd rent them and sell them, I'd do all this in the evenings and weekends, and during the day I bought a dump truck and I'd drive the dump truck. I was very tired. But that's what happens when you're motivated. You're absolutely right. But I was very tired for a long time. I'd go to bed at 4:00 every morning and finish work at 3:00 because 'The A-Team' came on at 3:00, that was my break. I'd lie in bed I'd lie down and watch "The A- Team" and then go to sleep from 4 to 5:30. I'd wake up at 5:30 and start the dump truck. I'd drive the dump truck all day. And when I was n't repairing that old dump truck , I'd work on it. That's how I started. I did that for years. Years. I think by the time I was 24 , I had seven houses. Summer. Summer. Okay. If you want to move the Jeep, you can move the Jeep. Get the bucket of a skid loader or mini loader , whatever you want to use. We're just going to level this dirt. And around 25, 26 , I actually bought my parents their dream house. I did n't buy it for myself. I did n't need it. My parents were old. They were very poor growing up. I mean, very poor. So I bought them their dream house on 8 acres of land. It had two There were ponds. It was in the countryside. It was a really nice property, but it was mine. So, even though I bought it for them, I bought it and then fixed it up. I still considered it an investment. I still considered it my property, my own investment. I just did n't do that. My mom and dad kept it there, and they kept it there until there was no longer any room to keep them there. That was their permanent home. And then when my mom and dad passed away and I sold, or doubled it, I didn't make much money on that amount. I put it in with a rancher , terrible people. I mean , they were n't terrible people, but you know , tenants do terrible things because it's not their property. And they did. I had a group of tenants who had a horse, and they did n't keep the horse locked up. Do you know what happened to that…
