What happens here
This video outlines the process of replacing collapsed drain tiles on a property, which is crucial for maintaining proper drainage. The project involves using a mini excavator to dig a trench, remove old, silt-filled corrugated pipes, and then install new non-perforated pipes. The work requires heavy machinery operation, careful pipe handling, and significant backfilling, often necessitating manual assistance for precise placement and leveling.

(11,627 characters)smell of a waterfall. Wow brother! And I caught them red-handed. And I said, " What are you doing?" Now their new neighbors are moving out. They're saying, "You can't do that. " And I said, "That's not my stuff." I am not worried. You are having a stressful day. Stay with me. I will bring a smile to your face. And if you do n't have heavy machinery, come on a ride with me. I have heavy machinery. " Equipment therapy, man. It's therapeutic. It's good for your soul. It's good for your soul. I caught him stealing my tools , but I thought tit for tat. An old drain tile on my property collapsed and clogged everything. So, we're in the process of fixing it. Look at that sludge. Wow! Wow, brother! The smell of a waterfall. I have n't smelled like that in a long time. Okay. Can you take it out? Maybe. That end , that end. Is it filled with sludge? Oh yeah. This whole part is completely filled. They're almost the same size. Yeah. I don't know. This one is perforated. Yeah. I don't know. Maybe that's why it got so much sludge. Yeah. Well, obviously if it was perforated and they buried it without a cover, right? Like if you're installing perforated pipe, at least wrap it in cloth. Do we have cloth? I do n't think so. Oh man. Although this one is n't perforated. I know, but we We're going to reuse this pipe. We need the material we use for fencing. That. Yeah, that's exactly what we need. I think , yeah, I think we have that. Digging a hole won't make you rich , but it'll give you a lot of energy. What? Tool therapy, man. Tool therapy. It's called tool therapy. Operating tools. It's therapeutic. It's good for your soul. It's good for your soul. It really is. You're having a stressful day, you have a mini excavator, the stress goes away. Who needs therapy when you have heavy machinery ? You do n't. You don't need therapy when you have these. And if you do n't have heavy machinery, come on a ride with me. I have heavy machinery. You're having a stressful day, stay with me. I'll put a smile on your face. Okay. So, I'm going to cut this pipe here, or a section of it. Okay. So, I'm going to cut this pipe here, or a section of it. Take all this stuff out. So, we can still use the rest. So, I'll cut it up here with the saw and then throw the last bit away, and we'll reuse the rest over there. Let's do it, okay? I do n't want to clean it up any more. Yeah. Once this mud dries, I'll come in and take it out. Right now, it's nothing good. It's not as bad as balloon [ __ ]. That's a technical term we use for the kind of mud that's really bad. It's just garbage, and you ca n't do anything with it. It looks like the top part of it. That's the same lonto. We'll just call it loon poo. loon poo. Technically, we do n't call it that. It's called another word, but we'll call it loon poo for the kids because I want kids to enjoy the channel and parents not to worry about mispronunciation. You know , I do n't believe in mispronunciation. And I know kids love to watch, learn, and grow. So, I try to make these channels as safe as possible. I make sure it's a nice and safe place for everyone because I have four children and four grandchildren. They're growing up. Yes. Four children and four grandchildren. One thing I did n't do with my kids was force decisions on them. Maybe I should have. You know, parents think later, maybe I should have , but I never forced anything. I was forced to do things. And I always thought, "Oh, when I grow up, I'll never force my kids to do this or that." "And maybe I shouldn't have. Maybe I should have done something else. I don't care. Kids need direction. Firm love. Firm. They do n't need beatings. They just need someone to tell them right from wrong and motivate them to work hard, right? Because very few kids can do their best without direction. That's the wisdom I've gained from parenting. My oldest child is 32. Then I have a 25-year-old. I have a 20-year-old. I think she's 21. I don't know how old she is. 20 21. And then yes, I think she's 20. And then um, my youngest, my son, is 18. So I can legally kick him out of the house. Is that what you want? Danny , take my slang off. Oh, okay. I want a foot of opening on each end. It's already cut. Stan, now put a little on this side. Before you put it on this side Blow it up. When I was 20 , I bought my first house. When I turned 21 , on my birthday, a year from now, I sold it for twice the money. Double, double, double, double the money. Then I realized we could make a lot of money in real estate. So, what am I doing driving heavy machinery , right? I worked both jobs for a long time. My houses. I'd fix them and then I'd sell them. I'd rent them and sell them, I'd do all this in the evenings and weekends, and during the day I bought a dump truck and I'd drive the dump truck. I was very tired. But that's what happens when you're motivated. You're absolutely right. But I was very tired for a long time. I'd go to bed at 4:00 every morning and finish work at 3:00 because 'The A-Team' came on at 3:00, that was my break. I'd lie in bed I'd lie down and watch "The A- Team" and then go to sleep from 4 to 5:30. I'd wake up at 5:30 and start the dump truck. I'd drive the dump truck all day. And when I was n't repairing that old dump truck , I'd work on it. That's how I started. I did that for years. Years. I think by the time I was 24 , I had seven houses. Summer. Summer. Okay. If you want to move the Jeep, you can move the Jeep. Get the bucket of a skid loader or mini loader , whatever you want to use. We're just going to level this dirt. And around 25, 26 , I actually bought my parents their dream house. I did n't buy it for myself. I did n't need it. My parents were old. They were very poor growing up. I mean, very poor. So I bought them their dream house on 8 acres of land. It had two There were ponds. It was in the countryside. It was a really nice property, but it was mine. So, even though I bought it for them, I bought it and then fixed it up. I still considered it an investment. I still considered it my property, my own investment. I just did n't do that. My mom and dad kept it there, and they kept it there until there was no longer any room to keep them there. That was their permanent home. And then when my mom and dad passed away and I sold, or doubled it, I didn't make much money on that amount. I put it in with a rancher , terrible people. I mean , they were n't terrible people, but you know , tenants do terrible things because it's not their property. And they did. I had a group of tenants who had a horse, and they did n't keep the horse locked up. Do you know what happened to that horse? That horse went out into the road and got hit by a car. It was like, Oh my God, no more tenants with horses. Not going to do that again. A little hard work, right? We're just digging a hole. But then my next group of tenants in the same house ruined everything. They weren't my worst tenants. I bought a lot of houses, fixed them up, and then sold them. But what I would do was rent them out for a few years because then I would take advantage of the appreciation as the property value increased. I could make even more money by keeping them short-term and then selling. But I discovered how bad tenants can be. And my next group of tenants, I caught red- handed stealing. My worst tenants, I caught stealing from a house I bought in St. Paul. It turned out they were moving out. Oh, that's a good story. So, they've been pretty easy, guys. Not very good. And the last few months, you know, tenants always do that. The last few months they lived there, they did n't pay their rent, right? So, they did, and I found out they had bought their own house, and I knew they were leaving me. We're going to leave. The writing was on the wall , you know what. By that point, I had stopped caring about the rent for a few months. And I should have cared, but I did n't. Yeah, they've been nice, but I had this bad feeling about them. Okay. So , I told them, I said, " Now, I know you guys just bought your house. " I said, " I need your new address so I can forward you your rental credit information ," which is a real thing. So, I was n't lying to them. And as I said, this gives you this benefit that all the rent you pay is tax- deductible or something like that. I don't remember how I said it, but it was actually a real thing. So, wherever your new home is, give me your address and I'll make sure you get that rental credit because it will help you, because this was n't a lie in any way. And then they gave me their new address and I confirmed that it was their new home and I said, "Okay , now I know you guys are moving out of here." Make sure you clean up all your belongings. "Now, they already owed me 3 months' rent. Make sure you clean out all your stuff because you know I can't deduct it from the damage deposit because they already owed me three months' rent. Well, not only did they leave all their trash behind on the day they left , but I happened to stop by and they were taking out appliances from my house to move them to their new house , and I caught them red-handed , and I asked, " What are you doing ?" " What are you doing?" Like, "Oh, the power company came and said these appliances had to be removed and they told a blatant lie. " You know, I mean, I caught them red-handed. And I said, " No, no, no, no, no. You just put them back and I'll make sure you take the rest of your stuff and I'll come back at the end of the evening to see that you've cleaned up all your stuff. " The evening ended and do you think he cleaned up even a little of his stuff? no way. So, you know what I did? I cleaned out his stuff. His work was done. They had gone. The house was vacated. They left all their garbage there. I caught them stealing my equipment. But I thought tit for tat. I loaded all their trash onto a trailer, drove it to their new house, and backed the trailer onto their lawn and physically dumped their trash onto their lawn. Now, their brand new neighbors are moving out. They're saying, "You can't do that." And I said, "It's not my stuff. It's not my concern. It belongs to the people who live in that house. They just bought it. They're your new neighbors. It's their trash. Take this. Talk to them while I'm throwing away their trash. I mean, it was a whole trailer full of trash they left behind. Yeah. So, they saved a lot of money by not paying rent. Then they saved a lot of money by not throwing away their trash and filling my house with trash, and they bought their new house and moved in. All I did was return all their stuff to them because I'm a good person. I ca n't make up stories like that. But that was just one of my really bad tenants. I have more tenant stories. So, if you want to hear them, tell me in the comments below. But now it's your turn. If you know a story , leave it in the comments below. I want to hear yours. So friends, that was it for today. Now, if you've ever owned a property or had tenants , let me know. We want to hear your stories because tenants' stories are the best.
