What happens here
After demolition, any existing mold on the wooden studs or surrounding areas is addressed. This involves scrubbing the affected areas to remove mold growth. New insulation (JM brand fiberglass batts) is then installed between the studs. Following the insulation, new sheets of drywall are cut and meticulously hung to create the new wall surfaces.
Goal: Prepare walls for finishing by installing new insulation and drywall.
