Kitchen and Dining Area Assessment

the expert all right so coming along here we have oh my gosh oh my gosh plethora of keys all right I think we should count at the end of this how many times I say oh my gosh Come On In don't be scared oh I'm very scared so this is the kitchen oh my gosh come look another couch we have two couches you know what this is probably vintage now so we can make a lot of money off of it and it's perfect for the fall so yeah what the heck is this that's a big TV that's one of those like big Square oh they just left it yeah weird like layout the layout is always bothering you there's nothing else that's bothering me it's the layout I thought I could take this out first but then I realized this is an entryway to the attic that's right in the middle attic attic or sorry the basement oh the dungeon basement that you were telling me we'll get there does the low ceiling bother you oh no oh no come look at it no I don't want to oh my gosh oh my gosh I'm driving foreign [Laughter] [Applause] so this is the kitchen um it's okay it's okay So the plan here is going to be hopefully knocked out that wall and then wrap around the cabinets here and I want to do an island here like wait I've done which wall well I want to get rid of all of this here and then I want to wrap this kitchen cabinets all the way across and then put an island right here grow and then I literally can't unplug my nose it smells so bad in here okay so where like dining room where that chandelier is hanging
