so I bought this abandoned house that it was up for an estate sale that Irina signed off on the paperwork and she has never seen it I'm gonna go pick her up right now and give you guys a house tour let's go inside this is the outside oh boy I mean tada it just needs a little quick little walk I just a quick I mean the roof doesn't look like it's breaking all right hopefully there's no uh corpse or dead animals Tada what do you think oh my gosh I heard something what was that a rat ah it could be it's pet friendly a raccoon oh my gosh there's a couch in here yeah we had to sweeten the deal I told you it's an abandoned house there's a chair just randomly there but that you know that's just that's essentially assets really it smells like old people so this is the living room when you walk in okay uh there's a projector mounted here which is cool because I I could use another projector you could definitely use another projector so this is a gas fireplace which is actually kind of cool realized this is an entryway to the attic that's right in the middle attic attic or sorry the basement oh the dungeon basement that you were telling me we'll get there does the low ceiling bother you oh no oh no come look at it no I don't want to oh my gosh oh my gosh I'm driving foreign [Laughter] [Applause] so this is the kitchen um it's okay it's okay So the plan here is going to be hopefully knocked out that wall and then wrap around the cabinets here and I want to do an island here like wait I've done which wall well I want to get rid of all of this here and then I want to wrap this kitchen cabinets all the way across and then put an island right here grow and then I literally can't unplug my nose it smells so bad in here okay so where like dining room where that chandelier is hanging probably over it's a little like round dining yep yeah I mean sure it's got great potential so this is the pantry it smells so bad you can make it yeah this isn't bad this isn't bad I do want okay they literally left everything everything not to mention in the back here this is going to be quite a cleanup for you babe I have to build a shop first so glad I don't have to do it so I don't know what was here I think this is kind of like the back end storage oh this is kind of cool actually yeah store like a lot of stuff you can store a lot of things somebody is wanted like a TV these are actually like vintage trucker hats maybe they're what if they're like these are dope You're Gonna Keep Those well I wonder if I can take them at dry cleaner get them cleaned up look at their that light fixture over there wow oh that's not a light fixture I think those are oh no those are all screws that the guy kept no right there where is that a light fixture oh it is a light fixture maybe you can repurpose that he he kept all the newspapers what's that from I wonder how this is 2007. maybe that's like the newest one maybe it goes even further what is even like here this looks like a horse stall but now it's like storage oh I mean it doesn't smell it's wood it's just no it doesn't smell anymore sweetheart it doesn't smell yeah she's so nervous what what is is this just like a really old table saw that is an arm saw yeah I used to have one of those extremely dangerous vintage radio out that's so cool that's wild there's a lot of cool I love kind of reminds me of like my grandpa's little shed cow this stack of newspapers I know we got a stove here all right well let's go look at the rest of the house this is the laundry room or laundry closet that will be here I'll have to make like doors over it and stuff like that and we'll see how that comes kind of narrow to the holy yeah it's a 1961. so yeah this is one of the smaller living bedrooms all right this is the bathroom how's the shower look into there we all have it we'll clean up it's getting a nice little cleanup I'm not cleaning this house there's a toilet behind the door okay that's weird but and then it's got two more bedrooms here you got an old school oh is this like one of those original scanners that's cool 3M wow well that's heavy duty that's heavy duty oh he even kept the instructions he probably had to use them all the time because this is so you think it still works we could try peep the fact that the desk is sitting on cinder blocks wow yeah that's that's structurally strong yeah it is strong and then this is the last bedroom here okay there's some clothes in here I feel nauseous hot I don't know why that makes me sad it's all right I like seeing stuff like this because you kind of want to figure out what the story was of this person what do you think this is from if it's a well it's a flash for a camera so maybe he was before you know talking into photography well maybe this bedroom was used for like a studio she doesn't keep the curtains on all day you don't I don't think there's a lot of female appeal in here like which is interesting the curtains they're like well there's a there has to be a female here yeah look at this little fan but then the the cinder blocks desk maybe it's like really sad where like his wife passed away then he lived by himself secret I think this is just a a podium it's cool what went on in this room a Podium crutches um a flash for cameras somebody's clothes oh check this out 1982 bowling league [Laughter] I wonder if he was an amateur photographer or something like that oh maybe or maybe that's his the only picture there the gal yeah from the bowling league all right coming in here oh we don't have light hooked up yet oh my gosh almost fell careful I could definitely bury a body down here well you could well there's a shovel look that is yes that's a shovel there's a story here so there's W story here that's a chicken coop that was there I'm excited about this the furnace is actually very new yeah I'm coming sweetheart oh yeah so that will save us a couple of thousand dollars so that's the story oh this goes down far I I thought it was like gonna be a lot smaller yeah but still very creepy the ceilings are loose and the pipes are running through so I don't think we can turn it into a livable space but uh this will definitely be like a utility thing yeah all right oh it's just no expect it to be worse but it's still bad you're pretty optimistic okay let's go in oh my gosh the spider webs what have we done we that's the magic word we do this our family handyman look at that oh gee that's got to be from like the 80s look at her hair 90s maybe 90s 1992. oh yeah so you're a move to States all these weeds grew in very fast since last time I was here I mean great size it's a big backyard about it yeah come check this out this is funny come here monkey I like the big trees so I want to count how many lawnmowers are here one two oh my gosh oh three no this is a partial three and a half look there's more podiums well there's more of those one two three three oh there's one down there three uh this is a half of one right there half four there's five what six did he collect them you think I think he was trying to fix them well yeah they're all taken apart six there's a oh that's a cat and then seven seven lawn mowers that I have to throw away I feel I can point this is probably really pretty I saw Google Images like look at the steps and the stones like I'm sure at one point I saw Google Images it looked kind of nice like pretty lush green yeah and then I mean it's a great definitely a great size yeah [Music] parking the trailer here for a while just how where are you back well there's all right there so the roof is going to be have to be replaced but the nice thing is the pitch is really low even though I hate roofs that's not going to be a problem to get on this is a different conversation because all of this looks like there is water damage so there's we just put a tarp over it yeah it's a big tarp over it oh my gosh so structurally it wasn't sound and at the same time I don't know if the roofing was done correctly there's a tarp with just wood pieces holding it down okay so you saw everything we did some dry heaving what are your real thoughts about I legitimately got nauseous at one point yeah yeah just first thoughts were just no yeah but then I was like if anybody can do it Mr build it can do it I hope I mean there's it's a lot and you better do
