What happens here

After laser cutting, the flat steel components are transported to the press brake station. Here, a 250-ton Accurpress 425012 press brake is used to precisely bend the steel pieces into their required three-dimensional shapes. An operator meticulously places each part, and the machine's computer interface guides the bending process, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Each bend is checked to meet exact specifications, transforming flat cutouts into structural components. The video shows an operator bending parts for a new ASV-style land leveler designed for mini-skid steers.

Goal: Bend flat steel components into specific shapes using a press brake.
