How Tractor Attachments are Made! Hand Crafted in the USA!!
What happens here
The first major step in the manufacturing process is laser cutting. Raw sheets of American-made steel are loaded onto two Mazak fiber laser cutting machines. These advanced machines, with capacities of 8000 kilowatts for thicker materials and 3000 kilowatts for thinner materials, precisely cut the various components for the attachments. The machines cut steel up to one inch thick at a high rate, producing detailed and accurate parts for subsequent assembly.
Goal: Cut raw steel sheets into precise components for tractor attachments.
