How Tractor Attachments are Made! Hand Crafted in the USA!!
What happens here
After welding, the assembled steel parts proceed to the powder coating facility. The process begins with a two-stage phosphate wash to thoroughly clean the metal surfaces and prepare them for coating. Following the wash, the parts undergo automatic drying before entering the powder coating booth. Here, a Wagner powder coat gun applies the protective coating, which is then cured in a 35-foot infrared oven at approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit. A full cure and adhesion test are performed after the oven process to ensure the durability and quality of the hard enamel surface.
Goal: Apply a durable, protective powder coat finish to the assembled attachments.
