Tape Vertical Side Edges

What happens here

With the film tacked mid-way, proceed to tape down the vertical side edges of the masking film. Use your free hand to pull the film taut and smooth against the window frame. Apply a continuous strip of 1-inch (2.5 cm) 3M 2020 masking tape from the top corner down to the bottom on both sides. Ensure the tape overlaps the edge of the masking film and creates a straight, secure line against the window frame. Repeat this process for the other side.

Goal: Secure the side edges of the masking film to the window frame.
