Secure Tape to Flooring

What happens here

Once the paper is positioned correctly under the baseboard, run a piece of Frog Tape along the seam where the existing tape on the paper meets the flooring. This action creates a tight seal, securing the paper to the floor and preventing any paint from bleeding underneath.
