How to stop pain weight from getting on your brand new flooring when doing baseboards. I'm going to give you some tips and tricks right here. I'm using frog tape, one inch, green frog tape, using about 18 to 20 inches of tape here. I'm pulling out, using my masker, and then I'm just taking and sliding underneath the baseboards. I'm going to thin it on the gap, like it's sliding underneath there, and I'm not pressing it down. I'm sliding underneath, being very careful, running a piece of tape on the same touching it right here. That way it will come out really easy. The frog tape keeps the paper, you know, keeps it stiff enough, because the paper will get really soggy, you know, from trying to pull it out, and you're like, hey, you're coming from the baseboards, you're going to pull it out immediately. I want to make sure I pull it out on what's wet, and make sure there's anything I need to clean out, but there wasn't any bleeding. But this method works out pretty good.
