So, we got a customer situation here with pet urine stains. We're going to show you how to eliminate pet odors. This is the only way you can get rid of pet odors. It's using a shellac based primer. We use bin right here. Zenzer bin primer. I'm going to roll this on right now. It smells really bad in here. The customer is having the floor replaced. Pulled up the flooring and this is what we found. This is absolutely nasty. So, we're going to get rid of this, seal it up with bin schllock primer. The odors are going to go away. So, the best way to do this is just to roll this. So, you can take it out a sprayer, load up a sprayer, spray it. But it is a shellac based primer. enough to clean up with denatured alcohol. We don't like explain that.
