Utilize Gun Extensions for Ergonomics

about is, you know, using extensions. When it comes to spraying walls without an extension, if I'm using just a gun, I have to bend over excessively and I have to reach excessively to do that wall. It's a lot more work for you to reach high, bend down low to do that. It works your back. It works your shoulders. It's just completely unnecessary. Typically, what I do is choose an extension. Like if I got high walls like this, an extension where I can easily reach the top and I can easily reach the bottom. You can see I don't even have to bend over to do this motion to to spray this wall. It just makes sense to use extensions when it comes to spraying the majority of the things you use. You're not going to be nearly as fatigued, worn out at the end of the day. you start to add, do the math. You start doing this for 20 years, 30 years, and you start getting tendonitis in your shoulders and getting back problems, you'll um thank me if you start using an extension. I had an old man tell me that uh one time in the paint store when I was young, and I never used an extension until he uh told me that exactly what I'm saying here. I walked out of that store with multiple extensions, never looked back, and I use them just about on every single thing I do. So, have an extension if you want to have success spraying walls.
