How to Spray Interior Walls Without Lap Marks | Flawless Airless Finish Tips

What happens here

For spraying interior walls, it is highly recommended to use Titan HEA (High-Efficiency Airless) spray tips. Unlike fine finish or production tips, which have a sharp edge that can cause 'fingerings,' 'tails,' or 'lines,' HEA tips produce a nice feathered edge. This feathered edge is crucial for achieving a smooth, professional finish on walls. Recommended tip sizes include a 619 for general walls or a 517 for slightly lower flow, depending on the product being used. For new construction aiming for fast blasting, larger tips like 1221 or 1223 might be considered. HEA tips also allow for spraying at lower pressures, typically around 1,000 PSI, further contributing to a finer finish and reduced overspray.

Goal: Choose the correct spray tip for interior walls, specifically Titan HEA tips, which provide a feathered edge to prevent common painting flaws.

when it comes to spraying interior walls, I highly recommend using Titan HA tips. HA tips have a nice feathered edge instead of like a fine finish tip or production tip. They have kind of a sharp edge which causes fingerings, fingering, tails, lines, etc. Stuff like that. Harder to get a good finish on walls. Titan HA tips is my recommendation. I like shooting walls with a 619 tip. If I want to go um down a little bit lower depending on product, a 517. If I'm on new construction, just blasting something fast, I'd be like a 1221 or a 23. But Titan Ha, high efficiency airless tips. That's my biggest tip that you I can give you when it comes to having success spraying interior walls because of that super nice feathered edge. And it sprays at low pressures. I typically run in it around 1,000 PSI. The next tip I'll talk
