Snap Off Excess Golf Tee

What happens here

Once the golf tee is firmly seated in the stripped hole, you can easily snap off the portion of the golf tee that protrudes from the door jamb. The remaining wood inside the hole will be flush with the surface, providing a solid, new base for the hinge screw.
