Peel Off Vinyl Top Layer

and it's got a vinyl coating on top. And this vinyl coating, there's no way the wallpaper steamer, the steam can actually penetrate through that vinyl. So, you actually got to remove the vinyl anyways. So, we're just going to get underneath this now that I've scored it. And we'll start peeling it off. See, it just just like that just pulls right off.
