What happens here
Once the blind is securely re-installed, the final step is to re-attach the valance. Take the valance and align its back clips with the corresponding receivers on the top of the blind's headrail. Apply gentle, even pressure along the length of the valance until it snaps back into place, covering the headrail and completing the installation.
