How to properly seal concrete for that polished look

What happens here

Before mopping, address the expansion joints and edges of the concrete. Use a butter knife or a similar thin scraping tool to clean out any accumulated debris (dirt, dust, sawdust) from within the concrete relief joints. Then, use a portable shop vacuum (Milwaukee M18 Fuel Packout) with a crevice tool attachment to vacuum all the loosened debris from the joints and along the base of the walls/columns. Repeat this process for all relief joints and perimeter edges of the shop.

Goal: Thoroughly clean all concrete expansion joints and wall edges.
