How to properly seal concrete for that polished look

What happens here

Attach a large 18-inch 'Purdy WhiteDove' lint-free roller to an extendable paint pole (from Lowe's). Start applying the Everclear sealant directly onto the floor, working in sections. Pour a manageable amount of sealant onto the floor, then quickly spread it with the roller. Use a 'mop-rolling' technique, moving the roller in multiple directions (side-to-side, front-to-back, and diagonally) and overlapping each pass by about half the roller's width to ensure even coverage and prevent visible lines or puddles. The first coat should be applied relatively quickly and not too thick to avoid bubbles. Ensure you apply sealant in all directions to avoid defined lines. Remember not to paint yourself into a corner; work your way out of the area.

Goal: Apply the first coat of clear concrete sealant to the main shop floor.
