How to properly seal concrete for that polished look

What happens here

After the first coat has dried completely (the video implies overnight or a full day, though it skips this waiting period), apply a second coat of Everclear sealant using the same technique as the first. This involves pouring a manageable amount directly onto the floor and immediately spreading it with the 18-inch roller on the extendable pole. Roll in multiple directions (side-to-side, front-to-back, and diagonally), half-lapping each pass to ensure thorough and even coverage. The second coat can be applied slightly thicker than the first, but still avoid excessive pooling. After the second coat is fully applied, allow several days for the sealant to dry and cure completely before moving items back into the shop.

Goal: Apply the second and final coat of clear concrete sealant to the main shop floor.
