Scuff and Dust the Frame

What happens here

After masking, the window frame needs to be scuffed. The presenter uses a 3M medium sanding sponge to lightly rub over the entire anodized bronze frame. This step doesn't require much pressure. Once scuffed, an old duster brush is used to dust off any residue or particles from the frame, preparing it for painting.

Goal: Prepare the window frame surface for paint adhesion
