Spray Second Coat

What happens here

Once the first coat is completely dry, visually inspect the ceiling for any light spots or areas that require touch-ups. With your respirator mask and safety glasses still on, begin applying the second coat of paint. For optimal coverage and a uniform finish, spray this coat in the opposite direction from the first one (e.g., if the first coat was horizontal, apply the second vertically). Continue to use light, even passes to avoid overloading the popcorn texture. The video demonstrates this reverse-direction application, showing the full coverage being achieved.
