Perform the Ceiling Cut-in Stroke

What happens here

To start the cut-in, position the loaded brush about half an inch away from the ceiling line. Gently bring the brush up to meet the ceiling, and then begin painting the stroke. Work in approximately 1-foot sections, painting in one direction, and then immediately going back over the same section in the opposite direction. This back-and-forth motion helps to fill in any areas that might have been missed in the initial stroke, ensuring complete coverage and a sharp line.

Goal: Apply paint to the ceiling line using a controlled cut-in stroke, first in one direction, then the opposite, to ensure full coverage.
