Filling In with Mini Roller

What happens here

Once you have completed the brush cut-in along the desired edge and filled in any small crevices with your brush, it's time to use the 4-inch, 3/8-inch nap roller. Load the mini roller with paint and use it to fill in the area adjacent to the brush-painted cut-in. The purpose of this is to create a wider band of paint, allowing your larger main paint roller (if used later) to stay farther away from the precise cut-in edges, thus reducing the risk of smudges or imperfect lines.
