How To Lacquer Cabinets. Spraying Lacquer On Cabinets (airless sprayer)

What happens here

Set up the Titan 440i sprayer with a Rackex 310 tip and load it with Sherwood Pre-Cat High Build Lacquer. Adjust the pressure to a very low setting, midway through the yellow range on the dial, to minimize overspray. Begin applying the first coat, described as a 'fog coat,' to the prepared cabinet surfaces. This initial coat should be very light and quick, acting to seal the existing glaze and provide a base for subsequent coats. Focus on fast, even strokes across the cabinet fronts, ensuring a thin, uniform coverage.

Goal: Apply a light, sealing coat of lacquer to cabinets
