Connect the prepared hydraulic hoses to the new secondary hydraulic valve. Ensure that each hose is threaded securely by hand first before tightening with tools. Use an 11/16-inch open-end wrench to fully tighten the connections. If desired, you can use white and black zip ties or other color coding to mark which hose connects to which port on the quick disconnects later, ensuring correct flow direction.
