How to Install a Drill Bit

What happens here

Finally, examine the impact driver, which uses a quick-release chuck designed specifically for 1/4-inch hex shank bits. To install a bit, simply push the hex shank bit straight into the chuck until it clicks into place. It will lock automatically. To remove the bit, pull the knurled collar on the chuck forward (away from the drill body) and the bit will automatically release or shoot out due to an internal spring mechanism. This design makes swapping bits very fast and efficient.
