Place the detached shower head face down into a glass container or bowl. Pour Heinz All Natural Cleaning Vinegar into the container, ensuring the entire shower head, especially the nozzle plate, is fully submerged. Allow the shower head to soak in the vinegar for a minimum of 24 hours. The vinegar's acetic acid will work to dissolve mineral deposits.
