Can this really work?? Simple fix for a squeaky door!

hey folks that fix-it guy here so a friend of mine sent me a video and a text and today help me with this so check out this video go ahead weird [Music] noisy is show me how to fix that fixing guy how do you say no to that video so today we're gonna be fixing a squeaky door hinge I you know I said hey I'm gonna jump right on this so come along let's get to fixing [Music] all right folks so today we're trying to get rid of this squeak we're gonna try some soap I've got just some bar soap here we're gonna rub that down on there if it cleans me maybe it stops the squeak I don't know I was looking up something to use I don't have any grease I do have wd-40 but I want to try something different so cuz anybody out there ever actually used soap on their doors I mean I think it's a pretty cool way it sounds cool anyway I mean it's something that we always have and so if I can just do this well it would be much better than those crazy black marks that get all over the by where the door hinges are on every other one of my doors so let's see what it does thanks for tuning in today to to see if this soap is gonna work I really appreciate it if you could please subscribe to the channel it would greatly benefit us my family and I we're just trying to do something different and I really enjoy helping people and this is the way I feel like I can do it best right now so let's take some pins out we're gonna take out one pin at a time that way we don't have to take out off the whole door it just will make it very easy for you for this job I just rated Logan's toolbox you know I bought him this little hammer at uh uh Harbor Freight a little while back exercise bought it for him when he was two I don't know how many little kids how many two-year-olds out of hammer this sweet at two but they're cool it's a cool little hammer take a screwdriver that fits up in the bottom of that hinge just give it a couple taps to take it out will remove that and so you can see it's bone-dry there's absolutely nothing on it so then we'll just take the bar soap cool just kind of put a film all over the whole thing slap that back in there okay that's it we're done we're ready to try it out there's nothing there that's awesome hey man you gotta love that dude finally something's going our way I love it yes all right that makes you guys so game it's tight all right it's a lock that right there that's probably one of the easiest squeaky door fixes you'll ever see game changer maybe it's not a king changer but it's definitely gonna save you in a pinch hey you don't have anything else just know this is the least messy way to fix a squeaky door hinge probably ever no grease no Lube just hit up the bathroom shower stall make sure that you do not grab this before your wife takes a shower then there's these little divots in there and stuff she might not like that you're rubbing down the door hinges with what she's broke I'm just saying might not dig it all right this is a great idea and it's probably gonna help a lot of people out if you liked the video if you could please subscribe to the channel click the like button it would be greatly appreciated thank you very much and have a great evening
