How to freeze corn without blanching

What happens here

This project details the process of harvesting fresh Silver Queen corn from a home garden and preparing it for freezer storage. The instructions cover techniques for trimming and shucking corn, along with two methods for freezing it: on the cob for microwave cooking and as cut pieces for easy portioning.
