How to clean & rebuild a Graco Contractor II gun. Graco Sprayer Tips.

What happens here

To reassemble the gun, first ensure all components are clean. Insert the new or cleaned needle back into the front of the gun, making sure it slides correctly through the two internal rails. Reinsert the spring into the back of the gun. While holding the trigger down tightly, screw the front housing back onto the gun. Continue holding the trigger down until the front housing is fully tightened with the crescent wrench. Once the front is secure, screw the back of the gun back on and tighten it with the crescent wrench until it is snug. Release the trigger.

Goal: Reassemble the spray gun with new or cleaned components.

You'll scratch the end of a brand new ball and the gun will leak again. Keep squeezing the trigger. Screw it back on till it's just tight. Release the trigger. Put the gun back together.
